We offer our services for 21 days & for so we obtain the service fees to maintain the service quality we offer. There is no refund policy as the services once rendered cannot be taken back. That we are strictly a communication platform, intended to get the resolution without immediately approaching the consumer court. We initiate communication on behalf of the consumer, only after the written/verbal recorded conversation from the consumer. Our intention is to formally communicate and resolve the consumer complaint for the consumer. We never intend to defame or tarnish any brand image of any company or brand. That we are communication consultants for the consumer.
